TRADE OFF/COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS
In addition to the standard LSA based trade off analysis and Life Cycle Cost tasks Baclog can also provide more in-depth consultancy and advice in the design, development and delivery of the most cost-effective support solution to meet customer capability requirements. This analyses the advantages/disadvantages and Risks/Opportunities associated with contracting for sustainable capability, whilst minimising Whole Life Costs (WLC).
This ensures that acceptable risk levels are maintained for both the customer and supplier. It reviews the support alternatives identified by the SE/ILS programme of work and demonstrates the risks, benefits and costs associated with each alternative.
