To support the training supplied the company also provides mentoring to teams, or individual staff members, in the application of the training to the design, analysis and delivery of elements within a support solution. This mentoring and advice can be provided as on-site facilitation of analysis or as off-site review, update and recommendations of the completed analysis.

This mentoring service can also be augmented by the provision of consultancy to extend either a company’s capability or capacity.
